An unprecedented journey begins as EGEAD Company and T.A Media officially join forces for a summer filled with explosive emotions, human connection, and the building of meaningful partnerships between two bold, creative teams.
This is not just another company trip—it’s a symphony of emotions, teamwork, and mutual understanding.
In the summer of 2025, we don’t just travel to relax—we travel to understand each other, grow closer, and reach new heights of success together.

Under the theme “Unite the Power – Connect the Success,” this trip is not only about relaxation but also a valuable opportunity for both companies to:

EGEAD X T.A MEDIA – SUMMER TRIP 2025

🗓 DAY 1 – DEPARTURE – TEAM BUILDING – GALA DINNER

Excitement filled the air early in the morning as the EGEAD team in Buon Ma Thuot gathered at the company headquarters to begin their journey to Nha Trang.

• ⏰ 05:00: Everyone gathered, checked the attendance list, and received their uniforms.
• ⏰ 06:00: The buses hit the road amid laughter and cheerful chatter. Everyone shared their plans to make the most of the upcoming 3 days.
• 🥐 A breakfast stop at Phuoc An for food and coffee to recharge for the long trip.
• 🍽 Lunch at Gio Bien Restaurant – enjoying the fresh flavors of the coastal region.

Meanwhile, the Hanoi team boarded flight VJ77 (08:05 – 09:55) to Cam Ranh. After landing, they headed to downtown Nha Trang and had lunch at Ba Toi Restaurant, a favorite for its authentic Central Vietnamese flavors.
📍 Hotel: Alana Beach Hotel – 7 Tran Quang Khai, Loc Tho, Nha Trang
After check-in, both teams officially “merged” – kicking off a summer full of energy

14:45 – Everyone gathered in the hotel lobby in uniform for group check-in photos. Then, the group headed to the beach for a meticulously prepared team-building program:
🏃 Relay games to train speed, reflexes, and coordination
💡 Strategy games requiring unity and teamwork
😂 Fun icebreakers to melt away any distance between members in just minutes
The members were divided into 3 teams:
🟡 Yellow Team
🔴 Red Team
🔵 Blue Team

👉 Together, they tackled a series of exciting and unexpected challenges: obstacle courses, water relays, team coordination games, and strategic puzzles that tested their synergy.
Every cheer, handshake, and smile was proof of the growing bond between everyone.
🔥 The beach echoed with laughter and energy, breaking down any barriers between EGEAD and T.A Media, turning the atmosphere into that of one big family.

18:45 – The group headed to Quan Ngon Do Restaurant, where a special Gala Night awaited.
✨ A sparkling check-in area with a ready stage
🥂 Opening toast to celebrate the partnership between the two companies
🎤 “Homegrown” performances – singing, laughter, and thunderous applause

This was not just a dinner but a night of emotional connection, where all barriers faded through shared laughter and camaraderie.

21:30 – After the Gala, everyone was free to explore Nha Trang by night—from beachfront cafés to lively streets glowing with lights.

🌊 DAY 2 – 5-STAR RESORT & A FIERY FOOTBALL MATCH

The second day began gently with the Cam Ranh sunlight streaming through the windows. Everyone enjoyed a buffet breakfast, swimming, and chatting, then packed up for the next destination.

🏨 Afternoon – Aquamarine Resort: When the Spirit Ignites on the Field
At 14:00, the group arrived at Aquamarine Resort Cam Ranh, a luxurious 5-star retreat. After checking in, everyone gathered by the football field to kick off the EGEAD x T.A Media Football Summer 2025 tournament.
Two teams entered the field to loud cheers from female supporters — who had extra motivation since those who chose the winning team would receive a 5 million VND reward.

The whistle blew, marking the start of a fiery match. Team 1 played with fierce determination; Team 2 displayed tactical brilliance and smooth teamwork. Every attack and decisive shot heated the air even more than the blazing sun.
In the end, Team 2 claimed the championship trophy and the 5 million VND prize 🏆. Though they didn’t win, Team 1 showcased admirable fighting spirit and teamwork, earning rounds of applause from everyone.

As the sun set, the beach transformed into an open-air stage. Warm lights lit up joyful faces as music blended with the sound of the waves. Everyone enjoyed a seafood buffet, toasted together, sang, and danced under the Cam Ranh night sky.
It was an unscripted night full of genuine moments — where every laugh became a thread weaving everyone closer, and the atmosphere was charged with energy and togetherness.

🌊 DAY 3 – THE GRAND GAME & A JOYFUL FAREWELL

Early in the morning, after the buffet breakfast, the entire group headed to the beach to start the Grand Game – The Secret Code Challenge, packed with surprises. 5 teams, 9 supporters, 4 puzzles, and a grand prize of 5 million VND awaited.

Each team received puzzle pieces from the organizers. Nimble hands and focused eyes pieced them together to reveal the first secret keyword before rushing to the next stage.

Teams arriving earlier threw the ball first, while the others played catch-up. The rotating format kept things intense and exciting. Losing teams faced 20 and 40-minute penalties but could reduce their time through bonus challenges, adding strategy to the mix.

Teams had to find the right supporters to receive equipment. With goggles on and toy guns in hand, they aimed at targets held above supporters’ heads. The team to knock down all targets first advanced, amid laughter at missed shots and surprise balloon pops.

The final challenge demanded perfect teamwork to get past six supporters and uncover the final keyword. The fastest team to solve the puzzle won the game, received their reward, and proudly posed with the organizers.

The group then checked out and headed to the famous Thanh Suong Seafood Restaurant for lunch. Fresh, flavorful seafood dishes left everyone delighted.
After lunch, they stopped by a local specialty shop for souvenirs, closing the journey with warm hugs and promises to meet again. The Buon Ma Thuot team returned by bus, while the Hanoi team boarded flight VN1558 at 15:45, carrying unforgettable memories of an incredible team-building trip.

THE JOURNEY ENDS, BUT THE FEELINGS REMAIN

Three short days passed like a vibrant film, with every moment filled with laughter, sharing, and teamwork. From the exciting departure mornings, bonding games, and dazzling Gala nights to the tight embraces — all created a vivid picture of EGEAD’s spirit.
Team Building 2025 was more than just a vacation — it was a collective growth journey. Individuals became united, separate groups merged into one, sharing a common vision and strong belief in the future.
We overcame challenges together, laughed until we cried, burned our energy on the football field, stood in awe of victories, and raised our glasses at an emotional Gala Night. Every look, handshake, and smile etched deep memories into our shared story.
As the buses left Cam Ranh, the sea was still blue and the sun still bright, but in everyone’s hearts, a flame had been lit — the flame of team spirit, trust, and enduring connections.
The trip ended, but the journey ahead is just beginning — bigger and brighter than ever. With the spirit of “Unite the Power – Connect the Success,” EGEAD will continue to write glorious new chapters, where each member plays an irreplaceable role in the shared story.
